Friday, September 5th

Friday Lunch/Presentations:

Lunch: 11:30 am - 1:00 pm (Emerald Tent)

Opening Remarks/CLE Presentations:  12:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Friday Dinner (employee and outside counsel event only)

Location:  Emerald Tent

Cocktails/Appetizers/Lawn Games:  Pavillion 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Dinner/Event:  6:30 -10:00 pm

Dress is business casual and we suggest you bring a light jacket or sweater as the mountains will get chilly once the sun goes down.

Saturday, September 6th

Saturday Brunch (employees, their significant others, and outside counsel only)

Location:  Emerald Tent

Time:  7:30 - 10:30 am

Wake up at your leisure and join us for made-to-order omelets, eggs, bagels, mimosas, and other breakfast delicacies while enjoying the fabulous mountain morning.

Afterward, head out for your activity adventure or some rest and relaxation.  Some activities have lunch included, for all others we will provide vouchers that can be used at several of Steamboat Resorts’ restaurants.

Location: Champagne Powder Room and Deck

Cocktail Hour:  6:00 - 7:00 pm

Dinner (Buffet-Style):  7:00 - 8:30 pm

Dancing and Fun: 8:00 - 10:00 pm

Join us for a Western Themed Dinner at the Champagne Powder Room, Steamboat Mountain.  Imagine a rustic yet elegant Western-themed dinner set against the breathtaking backdrop of Steamboat Mountain and the Yampa Valley.  This unique experience blends the rugged charm of the Old West with the refined luxury of a high-altitude dining experience.  We will have live music, a themed photo booth, stargazing and more.

Suggested attire:  Western/Cowboy Chic

Breakfast on your own and depart at your leisure.
