Travel Details & Hotel
For travel purposes, please note that lunch will be available at the Steamboat Grand Hotel beginning at 11:30 am on Friday, so we suggest arriving by 11:00 am to park your car and then check in for lunch/presentations.
Our entire group will be staying at the Steamboat Grand Hotel this year.
Please note that the standard check-in time for the hotel is 4:00pm. We have requested an early check-in for the entire group; however, if your room is not ready, the hotel is more than happy to hold your luggage until after the CLE presentations. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Parking
EchoStar will cover your parking costs at the Steamboat Grand, but you will need to provide your license plate number at check-in. There is parking available underground at the hotel or in the overflow parking garage across the street over the weekend (license plates must be entered within 15 minutes of parking in that overflow garage to avoid a parking ticket).
We recommend taking a photo of your license plate so you don’t have to go back and check.
Hotel Shuttle Service
The Steamboat Grand offers complimentary on-demand shuttle service that runs downtown and to grocery stores from 11:00am to 10:45pm. First come, first served. IMPORTANT: Download the Steamboat Grand Shuttle App and request a ride today! Code = GRAND25

Steamboat Free Bus
The town of Steamboat also offers a free bus service that picks up regularly at two stops conveniently located near the Steamboat Grand Hotel: (1) a transit station opposite the south end of the hotel and (2) a stop opposite the main entrance of the hotel.
