For travel purposes, please note that lunch will be available at the Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center beginning at 11:30 am on Friday, so we suggest arriving by 11:00 am to park your car and then check in for lunch/presentations.
Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center
Our entire group will be staying at the Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center.
Please note that the standard check-in time for the hotel is 4:00pm. We have requested an early check-in for the entire group; however, if your room is not ready, the hotel is more than happy to hold your luggage until after the CLE presentations. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Parking
EchoStar will cover your parking costs at Beaver Run for one car. You will need to provide your license plate number at check-in. We recommend taking a photo of your license plate so you don’t have to go back and check.
If a guest needs to bring additional cars above and beyond the one car allotted per bedroom, it’s on a space-available basis with an additional fee of $15 per night, which will not be covered by EchoStar. Additional parking is available at offsite locations, as well. Please contact Beaver Run Guest Services at 970-453-6000 for additional information.
Hotel Shuttle Service
Beaver Run Resort offers a FREE in-town shuttle for lodging guests. Please check ahead for the schedule. Hours and staffing may vary.
Breckenridge Free Ride Bus
The Free Ride is the town bus providing FREE public transportation service in Breckenridge.

Pet Policy
Beaver Run offers a number of dog friendly units. Please call their reservations team at 800-525-2253 to book see if it is possible to book a dog friendly room under our group reservation. Dog friendly rooms are based on availability and must be booked ahead of time.
Please review Beaver Run’s Dog-Friendly Rules & Regulations prior to booking to ensure your pet meets all property requirements. Please note that additional dog fees are the responsibility of the individual guest and are not covered by EchoStar.
Pools & Hot Tubs
Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is known for its ski resort access, but it has one of the best pool and hot tub games in town. They have six outdoor hot tubs on their main pool deck, right next to their indoor/outdoor swimming pool. In addition, a large outdoor hot tub (20+ people) can be found adjacent to Beaver Run’s neighboring ski runs, along with another outdoor pool. As if that hasn’t impressed you enough, Beaver Run also has an arcade, equipped with indoor mini golf and more!
