Travel Details & Hotels

For travel purposes, please note that lunch will be available at The Lodge at Vail beginning at 11:30 am on Friday, so we suggest arriving by 11:00 am to park your car at your designated hotel and then check in for lunch/presentations at The Lodge’s International Ballroom. See the map for directions.

 Please note that because of the size of our group, valet parking can get a little backed up between 11:00 am and 11:30 am. Please feel free to come a little earlier to allow sufficient time for arrival and remember to be patient with the valets. We recommend bringing some petty cash to tip your valet drivers and bellhops.

REMINDER:  Due to limited parking space at the hotels, we are limited to one car per room.  Additional vehicles may be parked in the Vail public parking lot at your expense.

Assigned Hotels & Check-In

You should have received an email from a member of the Retreat Committee regarding your assigned hotel for Friday and Saturday nights.  Details regarding each of the hotels are below.

Please note that the standard check-in time for the hotels is 4:00pm.  We have requested an early check-in for the entire group; however, if your room is not ready, the hotel is more than happy to hold your luggage and park your car until after the CLE presentations.
